Before fulfillment
Contact support immediately if you need to correct or cancel an order. A cancellation is not guaranteed once processing or fulfillment has begun.
After delivery
Successfully delivered digital codes, credits, subscriptions, accounts, and services are generally non-returnable. Incorrect purchases caused by customer-supplied identifiers, platform, or region may not be refundable.
BOB STORE error
If BOB STORE delivers the wrong item or cannot fulfill a paid order, we will investigate and provide a replacement or appropriate refund.
Problems with an order
Report issues promptly with the order reference and relevant evidence. Do not expose passwords or unrelated sensitive information.
Review
Refunds and cancellations are reviewed individually against payment status, delivery records, publisher restrictions, and applicable law.
